Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, AI, neurotech) and socio-economic trends to map 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps for exponential growth opportunities in sustainable energy and space exploration
- Lead cross-disciplinary 'Future Labs' synthesizing input from scientists, engineers, and ethicists
- Design scenario-planning models for disruptive events including climate tipping points and AI singularity
- Present foresight frameworks to C-suite and board members with compelling visualizations
- Partner with R&D to prototype 2026-viable solutions in our Innovation Accelerator
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of work and human augmentation
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Systems Thinking, or Strategic Foresight (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning with proven impact on 10-year horizon initiatives
- Mastery of forecasting tools (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, System Dynamics modeling)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Portfolio demonstrating transformational foresight projects with measurable outcomes
- Certification in Ethical AI Governance and Sustainable Development frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling ability to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
