Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Technology Foresight Framework through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech
- Produce strategic white papers and scenario models for C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and other innovation ecosystems
- Design and implement KPIs for emerging technology adoption readiness
- Mentor a 12-person innovation team in futures thinking methodologies
- Represent the company at Davos, CES, and global tech policy forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic innovation or futurist roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals or major tech publications
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Proven track record of implementing future-vision initiatives with measurable ROI
- Deep understanding of UN Sustainable Development Goals and ESG frameworks
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and government audiences
