Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks that align with 5-year corporate vision and ESG principles
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate next-gen products and services
- Build scenario models for geopolitical, climate, and regulatory disruptions
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and Board of Directors
- Manage a $15M innovation portfolio with ROI-driven allocation
- Pioneer ethical AI governance frameworks for future tech deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or futurist analysis
- Proven track record of forecasting market shifts with 80%+ accuracy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA with innovation focus
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Experience presenting to C-suite and Board-level stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation initiatives launched in past 5 years
