As a key member of our Strategic Innovation team, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D leaders, and cross-functional teams to anticipate paradigm shifts in AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable systems. You'll translate complex future scenarios into compelling narratives and strategic blueprints that drive competitive advantage and societal impact.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socioeconomic shifts, and global megatrends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026-2030
- Develop future-proofing frameworks and strategic roadmaps for enterprise innovation programs
- Lead scenario planning workshops with executive stakeholders to stress-test organizational resilience
- Author white papers and thought leadership on future of work, human-AI collaboration, and ethical innovation
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate prototype solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term innovation ROI and future-readiness maturity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into enterprise strategy
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario modeling, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Certification in strategic foresight or futures studies preferred
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives from concept to launch
