Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market trends through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for emerging AI, biotech, and quantum computing paradigms
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Lead cross-functional workshops mapping innovation opportunities against future consumer needs
- Author thought leadership reports on societal impacts of autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Advise C-suite on technology adoption timelines and ethical implications
Qualifications
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or emerging technology roles
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, or neurotech
- Proven track record translating foresight into actionable product roadmaps
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Strong background in human-centered design and behavioral psychology
- Published work on technology's societal impact preferred
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Engineering, or related field
