Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive foresight frameworks for 2026+ technology adoption
- Produce trend analysis reports on AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable systems
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and future-readiness
- Curate partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present strategic briefings to boards and investor groups
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech impacts (2020-2025)
- Proficiency in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and system dynamics modeling
- Experience with patent analysis and competitive intelligence frameworks
- Track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Portfolio of 2020-2025 trend predictions with documented outcomes
