- Develop and publish annual '2026 Horizon Reports' mapping technological, social, and economic trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026-era challenges
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-proof strategies into product roadmaps
- Establish global networks of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Design and facilitate immersive '2026 Futurescape' workshops for stakeholders
- Author thought leadership content on exponential technologies and societal shifts
- Monitor emerging signals (AI, quantum, biotech) and assess disruptive potential
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or emerging tech fields
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Experience leading global innovation initiatives or research labs
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or innovation frameworks
