Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI agents, quantum computing applications)
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 5+ year market potential
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present innovation roadmaps to investors and board members
- Drive sustainable tech initiatives aligned with UN SDGs for 2030
- Mentor emerging talent in future-focused disciplines
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record scaling innovation from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI governance, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Experience managing $10M+ R&D budgets and cross-continental teams
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (IEEE/Wired/etc.)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futurism
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and tech ethics frameworks
