You'll collaborate with C-suite executives to translate future scenarios into actionable strategies while driving cross-functional initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and societal shifts to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+ market leadership
- Develop multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with company's 10-year vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-facing solutions (AR/VR, neuromorphic computing, etc.)
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to accelerate future-readiness
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory trends impacting technology adoption timelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in strategic innovation, technology consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing future scenarios and translating them to business strategy
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, clean energy)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., from APF or Foresight Practitioners Network)
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or innovation frameworks
