Responsibilities

- Develop strategic frameworks for long-term competitive advantage and market disruption
- Facilitate executive workshops and scenario planning for 5-10 year strategic pivots
- Produce actionable foresight reports and innovation roadmaps for board-level decisions
- Partner with R&D teams to translate future insights into product development pipelines
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation maturity and future-readiness
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with advanced visualization capabilities
