Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with >$100M market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI frameworks
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., Shell GameChanger, Delphi)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5-10 year technology predictions
