Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable quantum algorithms and hybrid computing systems.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and researchers.
- Define the technical roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Optimize system performance and reliability in high-stakes environments.
- Collaborate with hardware partners to integrate quantum processors into cloud solutions.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and establish best practices for engineering excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architecture role.
- Deep understanding of quantum computing principles, cryptography, or advanced AI models.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Rust.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects to completion.
