As a key member of our R&D division, you'll collaborate with world-class engineers and futurists to conceptualize, prototype, and validate breakthrough products. Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-forward product roadmaps using trend analysis and futures forecasting methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing quantum-optimized user experiences for next-gen platforms
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis in emerging tech verticals (AI, biotech, space tech)
- Prototype and validate product concepts using our immersive innovation lab facilities
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and investors with data-driven impact projections
- Mentor junior futurists in foresight methodologies and product innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- 5+ years in product strategy/innovation with demonstrated impact on future-facing products
- Expertise in futures forecasting, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, biotech)
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling product narratives
- Experience with agile development and rapid prototyping in experimental environments
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futures Studies preferred
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ product innovations launched in the past 3 years
