- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants and partnerships with academic institutions
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor talent in emerging technology domains
- Drive patent development for proprietary 2026 innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership within tech sector
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products post-2020
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Experience securing federal innovation grants (DARPA, NSF)
- MBA or PhD in relevant STEM field
- Fluency in future-casting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
