Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026-2030 strategic innovation roadmap
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership
- Identify and build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present strategic foresight findings to investors and board members
- Oversee the incubation of moonshot projects with $5M+ budgets
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term innovation ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or Business
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services
- Expertise in trend analysis and scenario modeling frameworks
- Experience with exponential technology assessment methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Certification in foresight or strategic foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio of published future trend analyses (required)
