Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology, economic, and social trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026-2030 horizon
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks including scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-facing initiatives
- Produce comprehensive trend reports and strategic briefings for C-suite executives
- Design and execute innovation pipelines for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Represent the company at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating future insights into business strategy
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Published thought leadership in futures or strategy publications
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex strategic initiatives
