- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready strategic initiatives
- Produce high-impact trend briefs and strategic whitepapers published in industry journals
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing business models and services
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Proven track record of developing successful long-term strategic roadmaps for global enterprises
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders and diverse teams
