Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026+ foresight framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and threats in AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainability
- Produce strategic roadmaps for organizational adaptation to 2026 market realities and regulatory landscapes
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer next-generation solutions
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Champion a culture of continuous innovation and future-readiness across all business units
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Innovation, or related field with 5+ years of experience in strategic planning
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and futures research methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (Web3, AGI, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into executable strategies
- Experience developing innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful futures projects and impact on organizational strategy
