Responsibilities
- Analyze macro-trends (biotech, quantum computing, climate tech) to map 2026+ scenarios
- Design strategic roadmaps for clients adapting to post-scarcity economies
- Lead cross-functional workshops on human-AI symbiosis and workforce transformation
- Author predictive white papers on decentralized governance models
- Develop KPI frameworks for measuring long-term societal impact
- Interface with government labs on emerging regulatory frameworks
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, futurism, or emerging technology consulting
- Published research on 2025+ socioeconomic or technological disruption
- Expertise in scenario planning and systems thinking methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Delphi Method)
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption
- Portfolio of 3+ future-strategy implementations
