Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market trends through 2026
- Develop data-driven strategic frameworks for C-suite executives across technology, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Facilitate scenario planning workshops to prepare organizations for multiple future outcomes
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry influencers
- Translate complex future insights into executable business strategies with measurable ROI
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and technological signals to refine strategic forecasts
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies for enterprise clients
- Expertise in scenario modeling, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent
