Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for 2026+ technological and societal shifts
- Design innovation frameworks for quantum computing, neurotech, and climate adaptation
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives on future readiness
- Produce actionable whitepapers on AI ethics, human-machine collaboration, and sustainable futures
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify emerging market opportunities
- Maintain a real-time 'Future Pulse' dashboard tracking disruption indicators
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Strategic Foresight
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with tech disruption experience
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum AI, synthetic biology, or space economy
- Proven track record of developing future-facing frameworks adopted by global enterprises
- Mastery of foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi, Wild Cards)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals
- Proficiency in trend-visualization tools (Gephi, Tableau) and predictive analytics
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations with measurable ROI
