Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends through 2026 using proprietary Foresight Intelligence™ frameworks
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for 3 core business verticals (AI, Biotech, Sustainability)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams to prototype future-ready solutions
- Present trend analyses and strategic recommendations to executive board and investor stakeholders
- Build and maintain a Future Ecosystem database tracking 500+ global innovation signals
- Mentor junior strategists in horizon scanning methodologies and trend interpretation
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate future insights into product development pipelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Management, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurism roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Proficiency in AI-driven analytics tools (e.g., Palantir, Tableau) and scenario planning software
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused strategies yielding measurable ROI
