Responsibilities

- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for long-term decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-oriented innovation priorities
- Produce high-impact trend reports and executive briefings translating complex data into actionable insights
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-forward solutions and validate market readiness
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, industry panels, and media engagements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend-mapping methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex data into compelling executive narratives
- Strong background in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing C-level audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks
