- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on long-term technology adoption
- Partner with product teams to incubate next-gen solutions with 5-year market impact
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech deployment strategies
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness across organizational functions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or technology innovation leadership
- Proven track record in future-casting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, scenario planning)
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: AI, quantum, biotech, or sustainable systems
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or major conferences
- Experience with regulatory frameworks affecting tech deployment (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Strong data visualization skills for communicating complex future scenarios
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
