Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (2026-2030)
- Analyze market disruptors and forecast industry shifts using proprietary foresight models
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership teams
- Partner with R&D to align innovation pipelines with future market demands
- Author quarterly trend briefings for board stakeholders and investors
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech planning
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, and climate tech ecosystems
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive board experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology journals
