Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technological, economic, and societal trends through 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for navigating disruptive innovation across sectors
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-ready principles into organizational DNA
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for high-stakes industry transformations
- Produce actionable foresight reports for Fortune 500 clients
- Curate and maintain the FuturePulse Global Trend Database
- Represent the company at Davos, CES, and exclusive futurist summits
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published work on AI, biotech, or climate tech disruption (portfolio required)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable business strategies
- Fluency in quantitative modeling tools (Python, R, Tableau)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Global network of futurists and industry disruptors
