Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) with 3-5 year market impact potential
- Develop comprehensive technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory landscapes
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers and industry conference presentations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or Business Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching at least two disruptive tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging tech ecosystems and market analysis
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling skills
- Experience securing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFIP)
