Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and foresight analysis to identify disruptive trends affecting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market transformation based on future scenarios
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-focused objectives and KPIs
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies and investment priorities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with compelling data visualization
- Monitor and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) for competitive advantage
- Champion organizational culture of innovation and future-readiness through thought leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Strategic Studies, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruptive technology assessment
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic narratives
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through organizational transformation
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech trajectories (Web3, AGI, sustainable tech) and societal implications
- Strong track record of implementing future-focused strategies with measurable ROI
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, causal layered analysis)
