Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology foresight framework through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product roadmaps
- Develop predictive models for emerging tech adoption (quantum, bio-digital, Web4)
- Advise executive team on ethical implications of disruptive innovations
- Build strategic partnerships with academic labs and innovation accelerators
- Author annual 'Future State' whitepapers for stakeholder education
- Oversee prototyping of 2026-viable solutions in our innovation lab
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing future-forward technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, AI governance, and sustainable tech
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or Business
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (Harvard/MIT/Stanford preferred)
- Experience with blockchain and decentralized systems architecture
