Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, climate tech) to forecast market shifts through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for board-level strategic decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational capabilities with future demands
- Produce thought leadership whitepapers and industry foresight reports
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing business models and services
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic indicators affecting technological adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, horizon scanning, and scenario modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Published work in foresight publications or conference presentations
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
