Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive trends impacting 2026's technological landscape
- Architect strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from diverse data sources (market research, academic papers, patent analytics)
- Produce executive-grade foresight reports with quantified impact assessments
- Partner with product teams to embed future-ready principles into development lifecycles
- Establish industry thought leadership through white papers and conference presentations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial strategy or product development
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (Web3, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
