Qualifications
- 10+ years in emerging tech strategy with Fortune 500 experience
- PhD in Quantum Computing or equivalent technical authority
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum systems
- Proven track record securing $50M+ in innovation funding
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Spanish
- Patent portfolio (5+ granted innovations)
