Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging trends, technologies, and societal shifts through 2026+
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligning with organizational vision and market disruption opportunities
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate futurist insights into corporate strategy, product development, and investment decisions
- Conduct horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis across technology, economy, and social domains
- Present compelling future narratives and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams
- Champion a culture of innovation through workshops, thought leadership, and cross-functional collaboration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or Social Sciences with 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional analytical and interpretive skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing high-stakes decision-making
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful futurist projects or strategic foresight initiatives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
