- Produce actionable whitepapers and thought leadership on next-gen technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Partner with R&D to incubate disruptive innovations targeting 2026 market readiness
- Advise C-suite on future-proofing business models and workforce transformation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or innovation leadership with future-planning focus
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and stakeholder groups
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Thinking (e.g., APF, CFS)
