Responsibilities

- Author forward-looking white papers and keynote presentations at global innovation summits
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab and Stanford HAI on next-gen human-AI integration protocols
- Design organizational resilience blueprints for quantum-resistant business models
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures thinking methodologies and strategic foresight
- Represent the company at Davos and World Economic Forums as a thought leader
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or equivalent with 7+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for multinational enterprises
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) and their societal implications
- Exceptional systems thinking ability to model complex global scenarios and feedback loops
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry-leading publications
- Proficiency in futures research tools (Delphi, causal layered analysis, cross-impact matrices)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on disruptive market transformations
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic interventions in Fortune 500 environments
