Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and trend forecasting
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to ideate breakthrough solutions for emerging markets
- Produce executive-ready reports on disruptive technologies and their societal implications
- Partner with R&D to align long-term research initiatives with market evolution
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against strategic milestones
- Represent the organization at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate futurism
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology impact assessment
- Proven track record of developing actionable 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
