Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic frameworks for emerging technology adoption (2025-2026 horizon)
- Lead scenario planning workshops for Fortune 500 clients navigating industry disruption
- Produce predictive intelligence reports on AI, climate tech, and neuro-interface advancements
- Design human-centered solutions for ethical dilemmas in autonomous systems
- Establish innovation KPIs and track technology maturity curves
- Present future-state visions to executive stakeholders and investor groups
- Curate partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- 5+ years in strategic consulting or technology innovation leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into executive-ready narratives
- Certification in futures research or innovation management preferred
