Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive AI strategy roadmaps for 2026+ technological adoption
- Lead cross-functional teams in building predictive AI models for market evolution
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, AGI precursors)
- Design ethical AI governance frameworks for enterprise-scale deployment
- Partner with C-suite executives to align AI initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Author white papers and thought leadership on AI's societal and economic impacts
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets for experimental AI research initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/AI with 12+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives at enterprise level (FAANG or equivalent)
- Deep expertise in generative AI, reinforcement learning, and quantum computing applications
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with demonstrated board-level influence
- Experience building and leading high-performing technical teams of 20+ members
- Strong understanding of regulatory landscapes for AI deployment in 2026+
