- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies, startups, and partnership opportunities
- Design and implement horizon-scanning methodologies for continuous trend monitoring
- Represent the organization at global futurist forums and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success and organizational change
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills with C-suite experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
