You'll lead immersive scenario-planning workshops and publish quarterly '2026 Horizon Reports' that guide our $2B innovation pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing domains
- Develop and maintain a dynamic '2026 Impact Matrix' mapping disruptive trends to business opportunities
- Lead cross-functional strategy sessions translating foresight into actionable product roadmaps
- Author annual 'Future State' whitepapers for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and manage an external network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Quantify market readiness for emerging technologies through predictive modeling
- Advise on M&A opportunities aligned with 2026 technological convergence points
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on long-term technology trends (portfolio required)
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their socioeconomic implications
- Proven ability to translate complex foresight into executable business strategies
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on 5-10 year strategic pivots
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
