- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable innovation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state scenarios
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic adaptability and innovation maturity
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future trend analysis
- Deep expertise in emerging tech (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and societal megatrends
- Proven track record developing enterprise-level future strategies
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
