Responsibilities
- Analyze 2026+ technology landscapes through predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with MIT/Caltech research partners
- Advocate ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neuro-interfaces
- Present future-state briefings to C-suite and government advisory boards
- Author thought leadership publications in Nature Futures and IEEE Spectrum
- Manage $5M+ prototyping budgets for emerging tech validation
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent experience
- Published research on exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- 10+ years in strategic foresight roles at Fortune 100 or top-tier labs
- Expertise in technology impact assessment and ethical governance
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Track record of commercializing futuristic concepts
- Security clearance preferred (FedRAMP or equivalent)
