Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market trends
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration)
- Architect scalable digital ecosystems for next-generation user experiences
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Manage innovation portfolio from ideation to market launch
- Drive thought leadership through industry publications and conference keynotes
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futuristic technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record in launching disruptive tech products/services
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, AR/VR, or biotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech investment analysis
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
- Experience managing global R&D teams across multiple time zones
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
