Responsibilities
- Forecast emerging technological trends and market disruptions through data-driven analysis
- Develop strategic frameworks for 2026+ innovation pipelines across AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare organizational responses to future uncertainties
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders and external partners
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on technological evolution and human impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI ethics, quantum applications, or neurotech
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong public speaking and executive presentation skills
- Published author or keynote speaker at global innovation forums
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, etc.)
