Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 foresight framework through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Produce actionable strategic roadmaps for product development, market entry, and organizational transformation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-facing opportunities and risks
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Quantify future market opportunities through predictive modeling and data-driven scenario simulations
- Advose C-suite on strategic pivots to capitalize on 2026 technological and societal inflection points
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Portfolio showcasing published foresight work or strategic transformation initiatives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFM, APF) preferred
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) for future-state modeling
