Responsibilities

- Lead stakeholder workshops to translate foresight into strategic roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on future-focused topics
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Advolve cross-functional teams in integrating futuristic insights into product development
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory evolutions impacting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Systems Thinking, or related field with 5+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts for executive audiences
- Published thought leader in future-focused publications or journals
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
