Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and sociocultural trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating AI, quantum computing, and bio-convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions for sustainability and digital transformation
- Represent the firm at global futurist forums and industry summits
- Mentor junior strategists in advanced forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic consulting or corporate futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: AGI, quantum computing, neurotech, and climate tech
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS, WFS) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
