Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Document interactions and troubleshoot technical issues using Zendesk and Salesforce
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate complex product bugs
- Maintain detailed knowledge base articles and training materials
- Meet/exceed SLA targets for response time and resolution
- Identify process improvements through customer feedback analysis
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer support experience in SaaS/Tech industry
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot)
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
