Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Innovation Management, or related field with 8+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record in developing and implementing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and disruptive technology analysis (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional executive communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite and board-level audiences
- Published thought leadership on future trends with demonstrated impact on organizational strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) preferred
