- Research emerging regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks) and adapt strategies
- Design transparency protocols for explainable AI (XAI) in high-stakes applications
- Partner with product teams to embed ethical considerations into development lifecycles
- Author thought leadership on responsible AI adoption for industry publications
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible technology roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for machine learning systems
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (GDPR, EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Experience with stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical audiences
- Published work on AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership in the field
- Proficiency in Python for ethical auditing tools and bias analysis
